Account & Registration

How do I create a QIUBBX account?

Creating an account is easy! Download the QIUBBX app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), open the app and tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account", choose your registration method (email, phone, Google, or Apple ID), fill in your basic information, create a secure password (minimum 8 characters), and verify your email or phone number with the OTP code sent to you. Your account is now ready to use!

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your registered email address or phone number, we'll send you a password reset link or OTP code, click the link or enter the code, create a new password, and log in with your new password. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email. The reset link expires after 30 minutes.

How do I update my profile information?

To update your profile: Open the QIUBBX app, go to "Profile", tap "Edit Profile" or the edit icon, update your information including profile photo, display name, phone number, date of birth, and gender, then tap "Save" to confirm changes. For email changes, you'll need to verify your new email address.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account: Open the QIUBBX app, go to Profile → Settings → Account Settings, scroll down and tap "Delete Account", follow the confirmation steps, enter your password to confirm. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your QIUBBX Wallet balance will be forfeited. Order history will be anonymized but retained for legal compliance (7 years).

Orders & Delivery

How do I track my order?

To track your order: Open the QIUBBX app, go to "My Orders", find your order and tap on it, view the current status and tracking information. Order statuses include: Pending (awaiting payment), Paid (preparing order), Shipped (in transit), Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Completed. You'll also receive push notifications for each status update.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order is delayed: Check the tracking information for the latest status, contact the seller through in-app chat for updates, wait for the estimated delivery date. If past the date, go to order details, tap "Report Issue" or "Contact Support", select "Order not received". For orders showing "Delivered" but not received, check with neighbors or contact support with proof of non-delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation depends on status: Can cancel if pending payment or paid but not shipped. Cannot cancel if already shipped, out for delivery, or delivered. To cancel: Go to "My Orders", select the order, tap "Cancel Order", select a reason, and confirm. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

How do I change my delivery address?

To change address: Before shipped - go to "My Orders", select order, tap "Change Address" or contact seller. After shipped - contact support immediately. Address changes after shipping may not be possible depending on courier. To manage saved addresses: Go to Profile → Addresses, add, edit, or delete addresses, set default delivery address.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Online Banking (FPX - Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, Bank Islam, etc.), E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, MAE by Maybank), QIUBBX Wallet, QIUBBX Coins/Credits, Buy Now Pay Later (selected partners). Payment availability may vary by region.

How do I request a refund?

To request refund: Go to "My Orders", select order, tap "Request Refund" or "Return & Refund", select reason (item not as described, damaged, wrong item, not received, changed mind if eligible), upload photos/evidence, submit. Refund Timeline: Review (1-3 business days), Processing (3-5 business days after approval), Credit to account (5-14 business days depending on method).

My payment failed. What should I do?

If payment failed: Check payment details (correct card number, expiry, CVV, sufficient balance), try different payment method (switch card, use e-wallet, try online banking), check with bank (international transactions blocked, card needs activation, transaction limit reached), clear app cache and retry, contact support if persists with transaction details.

How do I check my QIUBBX Wallet balance?

To check wallet: Open QIUBBX app, go to Profile → Wallet, view available balance, pending balance (from refunds), transaction history, QIUBBX Coins. To top up: Tap "Top Up", enter amount, select payment method, complete payment.

How do I become a seller on QIUBBX?

Join our zero-commission marketplace! Open QIUBBX app, go to Profile → "Become a Seller", fill business information (name, type, registration number), bank account details, upload documents (IC/Passport, business certificate, bank statement), agree to terms, submit for verification. Verification: 2-3 business days. Benefits: 0% commission, live streaming, seller dashboard, analytics.

How does the zero-commission model work?

QIUBBX zero-commission model: You keep 100% of sales revenue. You pay: Payment processing fees (~2-3%), optional premium features (subscription), optional advertising. QIUBBX revenue: Premium subscriptions, advertising services, value-added services. This ensures maximum profitability for SMEs.

How do I get paid as a seller?

Seller payouts: Weekly (every Monday) or upon reaching RM50 minimum. Methods: Bank transfer to registered account or QIUBBX Wallet. Timeline: Order completed + 7 days holding, then 1-3 business days processing. View earnings in Seller Center → Finance → Earnings.

Live Shopping

How do I watch live streams?

To watch live streams: Open QIUBBX app, tap "Live" tab, browse ongoing streams, tap to join. During streams: Watch, chat with host/viewers, view/purchase featured products, share stream with friends, send virtual gifts.

How do I go live as a seller?

To go live: Need verified seller account, stable internet (5Mbps upload), good lighting/camera. Open app → Seller Center → "Go Live", set title/description/category, add products, set thumbnail, check preview, tap "Start Live". Tips: Go live 8-10 PM peak hours, interact with viewers, demonstrate products clearly, offer exclusive discounts.

Halal Verification

How does QIUBBX verify Halal products?

QIUBBX Halal verification: Seller declares Halal status and provides certification. We verify certificates from recognized bodies (JAKIM Malaysia, MUIS Singapore, MUI Indonesia, international Halal authorities). AI system cross-checks ingredients/certifications. Verified products display green "Halal Verified" badge with certificate number. Non-verified products marked "Not Verified" or "Check with Seller".

Technical Issues

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Troubleshooting steps: Close/reopen app, check internet connection, update to latest version, restart device. Clear cache: iOS delete/reinstall, Android Settings → Apps → QIUBBX → Clear Cache. System requirements: iOS 13.0+, Android 8.0+, stable internet. Contact support with device model, OS version, app version, screenshot of error, reproduction steps.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

If can't login: Check correct email/phone and password (caps lock), account not deactivated.
