1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Service Returns
Returns and refunds for services are generally not available once the service has been delivered, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. However, we may consider exceptions in the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered as described
- Technical issues preventing service usage (after reasonable troubleshooting)
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Service cancellations within the cooling-off period (if applicable)
Product Returns
For physical products purchased through Qiubbx:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Return authorization must be obtained before shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
2. Refund Timeframes
Processing Time
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Bank Processing
Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account. This is typically 2-5 additional business days.
3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit card refunds will appear on your next statement
- Debit card refunds will be credited to your account
- Bank transfer refunds will be sent to the original account
- Digital wallet refunds will be credited to the same wallet
- Check refunds will be mailed to the billing address
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and consumed
- Digital downloads after access has been granted
- Custom development or personalized services
- Subscription services after the billing period has started
- Third-party products or services
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the specified return window
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds. This could include scenarios such as:
- Service usage before cancellation
- Restocking fees for returned items
- Shipping costs for returns
- Administrative fees for processing returns
- Pro-rated refunds for subscription services
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by Qiubbx
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval
7. Subscription Services
Cancellation Policy
For subscription services:
- Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Future charges will be stopped immediately upon cancellation
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for subscription services are available only within the first 7 days of the initial subscription period, provided the service has not been significantly used.
8. Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibilities:
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
- Qiubbx covers return shipping for defective/damaged items
- Use prepaid return labels when provided
- Insure your return shipment for valuable items
- Keep tracking information until refund is processed
9. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Contact our customer support team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package and ship the item (if applicable)
- Receive confirmation of refund processing
10. Refund Processing Fees
Qiubbx does not charge processing fees for legitimate returns and refunds. However, customers may incur fees from their payment providers or banks for certain refund transactions. These fees are not controlled by Qiubbx and cannot be reimbursed.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

We will review all disputes within 5 business days and provide a final resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be subject to the governing law specified in our Terms of Service.
